PA365 Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before Playing

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the pa365 platform — whether through the website or any mobile interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use pa365. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and PA365 Operations Limited ("PA365", "we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

PA365 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of pa365 after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify players of material changes via email or an in-platform notice where possible.

To register and use pa365, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. PA365 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You are a real individual acting on your own behalf — not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended pa365 account.
• You are accessing pa365 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited to you personally under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a PA365 employee or associated company.
• You have not been self-excluded from pa365 or been excluded by a responsible gaming organisation that encompasses pa365.

PA365 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

To access real-money games and betting on pa365, you must register a player account. When registering your pa365 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a working email address.

Each individual is permitted to hold one pa365 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or device combinations — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your pa365 login credentials — username and password — confidential and secure.
• Ensuring no other person accesses your pa365 account on your behalf.
• All activity — bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested — that occurs under your account credentials.

PA365 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on pa365:

All withdrawals on pa365 must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. PA365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. You may be asked to verify ownership of your payment method before your first withdrawal is processed.

PA365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 200,000 within a rolling 30-day period. This is a standard compliance requirement and not a reflection of account standing.

Deposits made using bonus-linked payment promotions are subject to the specific bonus terms in effect at the time of deposit. PA365 reserves the right to reverse bonus funds if a deposit is charged back or reversed by the payment provider.

PA365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all pa365 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: New pa365 players are eligible for a 200% first deposit bonus up to Rs 20,000. The bonus is credited to your bonus wallet upon qualifying deposit and is subject to a 5x wagering requirement across eligible games before it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of bonus credit unless otherwise stated.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10–20% of each bet. Slots contribute 100%. Cricket and football betting contribute at a rate specified per promotion. Andar Bahar and Teen Patti contribution rates are stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active, the maximum bet per round or game event on pa365 is Rs 2,000 unless the promotion states a different limit. Bets placed above this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: PA365 players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Eligibility: Each bonus on pa365 is available once per player, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

PA365 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on pa365, across all product types including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games and card games:

• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game and betting market on pa365 has its own stated minimum and maximum bet limits. These are displayed before you confirm a bet. PA365 reserves the right to change these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Bet Settlement: All bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant sports authority, game provider or competition governing body. For cricket markets, results are determined by the official scorecard recognised by the ICC or relevant board.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided and stakes returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event abandonment, incorrect odds due to technical error, or an event being declared invalid by the governing body. PA365 will credit voided bet stakes within 24 hours.
• Obvious Pricing Errors: In the event that pa365 offers clearly erroneous odds or payouts due to a technical or human error, PA365 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes, even if they have been settled provisionally.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets on pa365 are subject to acceptance at the live price at the moment the bet is submitted. Submission does not guarantee acceptance at the displayed price if the market moves before acceptance is confirmed.
• Game Disconnection: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, pa365's recorded server state at the time of disconnection will be used to determine the outcome. PA365's decision in such cases is final.

PA365 uses certified random number generators and independently audited live casino providers. All game outcomes are determined by these certified systems and are not influenced by pa365 staff or platform operators.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pa365 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one pa365 account, regardless of the method used to do so.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool to interact with pa365 in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in order to generate guaranteed or artificially inflated returns.
• Colluding with other pa365 players in poker, card games or any other game where collusion could affect outcomes.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner that does not constitute genuine recreational play — commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting".
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity or use of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your pa365 account.
• Placing bets or playing games on pa365 from a jurisdiction where such activity is explicitly illegal for you personally.

PA365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspicious transaction patterns, legal or regulatory requirements, or at the player's own request.

If your pa365 account is suspended for investigation, you will be notified via email. You may not access your account or make any transactions during the suspension period. PA365 aims to complete investigations within 10 business days and will communicate the outcome promptly.

If your pa365 account is permanently closed due to a terms breach, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings generated through prohibited activity) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after the investigation is complete, subject to compliance requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pa365 account may do so by contacting pa365 support. Voluntary closures are processed within 48 hours. Real-money balances are returned after any applicable verification steps are completed.

PA365 takes responsible gaming seriously — not as a regulatory requirement to satisfy but as a genuine commitment to the players who use our platform. All pa365 players have access to the following tools at no cost, available through the Responsible Gaming section of the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap in PKR. Changes that reduce your limit take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose on pa365 within a specified period. As with deposit limits, reductions are immediate and increases require a waiting period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session length. PA365 will display a warning and optionally log you out when your session time is reached.

PA365 staff are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling and may proactively contact players and apply account restrictions in the interest of player welfare.

PA365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By registering a pa365 account you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data collected includes but is not limited to: name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address, payment method details, device identifiers, IP address, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and responsible gaming monitoring.

PA365 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and pa365 servers. Financial data is stored separately with additional access controls. PA365 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All content on the pa365 platform — including but not limited to the pa365 brand name, logos, website design, software, text, graphics, images, video streams, game interfaces and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to PA365 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pa365 for personal recreational gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell or create derivative works from any pa365 content without express written permission from PA365.

Game content streamed through pa365 — including live casino streams from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — is additionally protected by the intellectual property rights of those respective providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PA365 will not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or revenue arising from the use of pa365, including losses resulting from bet settlements, technical errors or service interruptions.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind arising from your use of pa365.
• Losses arising from your inability to access pa365 due to internet connectivity issues, device failures or planned/unplanned platform maintenance.
• Losses caused by the conduct of third-party payment providers — including Easypaisa, JazzCash or any bank — in processing your transactions.
• Any action taken by pa365 in good faith to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement, including account suspension pending investigation.

PA365 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the pa365 website at pa365.bet/terms-conditions unless a different effective date is stated.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights as a pa365 player — we will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice via email or an in-platform notification where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of pa365 after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which PA365 Operations Limited is incorporated and licensed. Players agree that disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.

For the avoidance of doubt, PA365 does not represent that its platform is legal for use in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pa365 complies with the laws of your specific location within Pakistan or any other territory you may be accessing from.
